About Dr. Marcin Bednarski

Dr. Michael Le was born and raised in California. He graduated from the University of California of Riverside with a Bachelor’s in Biology. He completed his Doctor Of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University in Arizona. After dental school, Dr. Le’s eagerness to become a better dentist led him to take numerous Continuing Education courses and seek mentorship from the best dentist around the world. As a dentist in the state of Texas, you are required to take 12 hours of CE to maintain your license. Dr. Le has taken over 1000’s hours of CE. Most of those hours came from implant dentistry, oral surgery, sedation dentistry, and cosmetics. He has gone overseas to the Dominican Republic, Brazil, Budapest, and Spain to learn from the top doctors in their field of specialty. Learning different aspects of dentistry such as; bone grafting, sinus lift, digital dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, tissue grafting, non-metal implants, and all-on-4 dental implants. This has allowed him to create an office that does everything in-house. Instead of going to see multiple specialists and dentists complete the treatment needed, Dr. Le can place the implants and finish the procedure by restoring the teeth without ever having to leave the office. Furthermore, at Elite Dentistry we have the latest digital technology (3D x-ray and face scanners) and an “in-house lab” with two master lab technicians. We can now create a smile of your dream with more predictability and in less time.
Dr. Marcin Bednarski completed his undergraduate education at the University of Arizona, earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. His entrepreneurial background reflects a longstanding drive toward innovation, leadership, and building systems centered around exceptional patient care.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine–Arizona, one of the nation’s most clinically intensive dental programs. While implant dentistry was introduced during his doctoral training, it quickly became the central focus of his professional development and career path.
Following graduation, Dr. Bednarski committed extensively to advanced implant education, pursuing hundreds of hours of postgraduate surgical training focused on implant rehabilitation, full-mouth reconstruction, and full-arch treatment concepts.
His implant education includes completion of the prestigious AAID Las Vegas MaxiCourse, one of the most comprehensive implant education programs in the United States, covering surgical and restorative implant dentistry, treatment planning, grafting concepts, implant biology, digital workflows, and advanced implant protocols.
Continuing his pursuit of advanced implant education, Dr. Bednarski completed the year-long DentalXP Implant Fellowship in association with NYU College of Dentistry, further refining complex implant treatment planning and interdisciplinary implant rehabilitation concepts.
Recognizing a growing passion for advanced surgical reconstruction and full-arch rehabilitation, he expanded his education internationally through advanced programs dedicated specifically to immediate-load and full-arch treatment concepts. Dr. Bednarski’s training emphasizes comprehensive implant care ranging from single-tooth replacement to advanced full-mouth rehabilitation and immediate-load full-arch reconstruction. His clinical interests include implant surgery, digital treatment planning, remote anchorage concepts, immediate-load workflows, and comprehensive implant rehabilitation.
In addition to his implant training, Dr. Bednarski has extensive experience in comprehensive restorative dentistry, allowing him to approach implant treatment from both surgical and restorative perspectives. He believes successful implant treatment requires a deep understanding of function, aesthetics, prosthetic design, and long-term maintenance.
Dr. Bednarski is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a distinction achieved by approximately 6% of dentists nationwide, recognizing exceptional commitment to continuing education and professional development. He is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and remains actively involved in implant-focused continuing education.
He believes implant dentistry demands lifelong learning, constant refinement, and disciplined execution. His philosophy centers on combining advanced surgical training, restorative planning, and patient-centered care to help restore function, confidence, and quality of life.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Bednarski enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, listening to music, and continuing his pursuit of personal and professional growth.
